Satyajit Gazmer, Director

Satya started his career as an apprentice with Vivek. With his burning desire to excel in all technical departments, and 6 years of assisting, Satya mastered editing on the top end work stations. Born to a musician’s family and with his gifted sixth sense for music and sound design, Satya can change the texture of any narration.

"I spent my entire childhood either observing or working with R.D. Burman and my youth with Vivek," explains Satya, "and thanks to this ruthless, single-minded training, my desire is to excel while being innovative.  Directing was the next logical step."

Satya is a “show must go on" kind of director always looking for drama.   He is currently  directing  two Urdu  language shows for  Vivek Agnihotri Creates called Ijaazat and Irshaad besides assisting Vivek in his feature film.

In his free time Satya tunes all old electronic gadgets and plays Madal.
